Review early progress, work through obstacles, and prepare your team for the final weeks of December and the start of January.

• Review what happened after your first action.
• Adjust responsibilities and follow-up processes.
• Set priorities your team can carry forward.

Attend either session or both. New attendees are welcome at the December session. November participants bring their worksheet back for an early progress review; the full 30-day review is December 12.

Bring a pen and your biggest operational question

Both sessions are live online through Google Meet, with slides and time to work on your plan. Practice-level totals may be helpful, but you can participate without reports. Please keep patient information inside your practice.
