With 30 years in dentistry, she has worked as an assistant, receptionist, treatment plan coordinator, and operations leader. Her hands-on experience gives her a unique understanding of what happens inside a practice and what it takes to create systems that actually work.

Tonya has opened dental practices from the ground up and helped develop a dedicated surgical addition to an existing practice, alongside a comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation program. She guided patients through complex treatment from their first consultation to their final smile.
Providers know Tonya for her connection with patients and teams and for her skill with case acceptance on complex cases. Her approach is simple: make the clinician’s day easier, strengthen the systems supporting the team, and put her mark on one independent practice at a time.
Tonya lives in Denison, Texas, and is passionate about preserving the personal relationships and independence that make private dentistry worth protecting.
